I read constantly. Always have.

Not because I'm supposed to. Because I'm genuinely convinced that the people who've figured something out — really figured it out — left it in a book somewhere, and my job is to find it.

Every book on this page has marked me in some way. Some changed how I lead. Some changed how I listen. A few just reminded me that I'm not the first person to ask the hard questions.

I'll write about all of these eventually. For now, consider this my shelf — open to anyone who wants to pull something down.
