Foster has been an outstanding business partner for the past seven years. He and his team helped craft high-impact, effective cultural change processes at Alliance Imaging and Surgical Care Affiliates.
Foster has also been a powerful and effective executive coach and thought partner to me -- someone who's judgment I deeply trust and respect. He brings extensive experience and wisdom, a sharp intellect, and an instinct for making real impact on people and organizations.
I strongly support and endorse Foster and his team.

Head Coach, UCLA Softball
Our 2010 UCLA Softball National Championship was the most powerful experience I've ever been a part of. As the Head Coach of this team, I was able to lead from a calm, confident and clear state and the girls showed the same in their play. Foster Mobley was the key to our success as he showed us the importance of a clear vision and commitment to excellence. I am grateful to work with him as a leadership consultant.
