Our 2010 UCLA Softball National Championship was the most powerful experience I've ever been a part of. As the Head Coach of this team, I was able to lead from a calm, confident and clear state and the girls showed the same in their play. Foster Mobley was the key to our success as he showed us the importance of a clear vision and commitment to excellence. I am grateful to work with him as a leadership consultant.
